The most costly residential real estate transaction in Washington County over the previous week is a $1.7 million Portland home.

Over the course of the last week, the county saw 139 sales of residential real estate, with an average price of $583,769, or $302 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 23.

10. $875K, single-family home at 15936 S.W. Dekalb Street

The Portland single-family house located at 15936 S.W. Dekalb Street has been sold. The house was purchased for $875,000, and the new owners moved in in December. The living space of the 1994-built home is 3,026 square feet. The final cost per square foot was $289. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.
