10 most expensive homes sold in the Portland metro area, Nov. 25 – Dec. 1

The most costly residential real estate sale in the Portland metro region over the previous week is a Tualatin home that brought $2.3 million.

Over the course of the last week, 414 residential real estate sales with an average price of $600,385 were reported in the area. The average cost was $330 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of November 25.

10. $1.5 million, single-family house at 711 Oak Street

Hood River’s 2,451-square-foot single-family house at 711 Oak Street is no longer for sale. The entire acquisition price was $1,450,000, or $592 per square foot, and the ownership transfer was finalized in November. The home was constructed in 2018. On November 18, the agreement was concluded.

9. $1.5 million, single-family home at 835 N.W. Grand Ridge Drive
