In the last week, the most costly residential real estate sale in the Portland metro area was a $2.6 million house in Portland.

Over the course of the last week, 577 residential real estate sales with an average price of $624,945 were reported in the area. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $330.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of November 18.

10. $1.7 million, single-family house at 11155 Kaufman Road

The Silverton single-family home located at 11155 Kaufman Road has been sold. The house was purchased for $1,673,476 and was occupied by the new owners in September. The home is 10,072 square feet in size and was constructed in 1953. It cost $166 per square foot. The transaction was completed on September 24.

9. $1.7 million, single-family home at 2846 N.W. Fairfax Terrace
