The most costly residential real estate sale in the Portland metro region over the previous week is a $3.8 million home in Lake Oswego.

The average price of the 440 residential real estate sales that took place in the area over the course of the last week was $597,524, or $325 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 9.

10. $1.6 million, single-family residence at 14523 S.W. Bell Road

The Sherwood single-family home located at 14523 S.W. Bell Road has been sold. The house was purchased for $1,595,000, and the new owners moved in in December. The home is 4,248 square feet in size and was constructed in 1993. It cost $375 per square foot. On December 3, the agreement was concluded.
