10 most expensive homes sold in Clackamas County, Nov. 18-24

The most expensive residential real estate sale in Clackamas County over the previous week is a $2.6 million home in West Linn.

Over the course of the last week, 107 residential real estate sales with an average price of $741,533 were reported in the county. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $356.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of November 18.

10. $1.5 million, single-family home at 2337 Hillside Lane

The Lake Oswego single-family home located at 2337 Hillside Lane has been sold. The mansion was purchased for $1,530,523, and the new owners moved in in November. The home is 4,932 square feet in size and was constructed in 1979. It cost $310 per square foot. On November 12, the agreement was concluded.

9. $1.6 million, single-family house at 13801 Goodall Road
