The most expensive residential real estate sale in Clackamas County over the previous week is a $3.8 million home in Lake Oswego.

Over the course of the last week, the county had 93 residential real estate sales, with an average price of $733,198. $331 was the average cost per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 9.
