There were no gunshots or injuries reported during the 10-hour standoff between police and an allegedly armed man who was besieged in a house in North Portland on Wednesday night.
Wednesday’s heated exchange was the second of its type. There was a significant police presence in Old Town when a guy who fired guns commandeered a TriMet bus and then refused to get off.
